This Southbend 436A-3G Ultimate Restaurant Range is ideal for flexible, multi-product cooking. It has a 36" griddle and a convection oven. This allows employees to cook, grill and bake multiple items simultaneously. Its convection oven uses 32,000 BTU of power to reach temperatures between 175°F to 550°F. It has three racks with five possible positions for increased flexibility and its handy On/Off switch converts it to a standard oven. This 436A-3G has a durable stainless steel front, sides and shelf.
