This Southbend 4363C-2GR Ultimate Restaurant Range is ideal for flexible cooking applications. With two star/saute burners and 24" griddle, it can steam, fry, boil, cook and more. This Range has standard, removable grates and a single standing pilot for open burners. Its grates are made from cast iron for increased endurance and the back burners accommodate stock pots up to 14" around. The burners have front-located controls with a convenient gas shut-off switch. The 24" griddle is right located and has a 1/2" thick cold rolled steel plate. This 4363C-2GR has a cabinet base.
