This Southbend 4363C-1G Ultimate Restaurant Range is ideal for flexible cooking applications. With four star/saute burners and 12" griddle plate, it can steam, fry, boil, bake and more. This Range has standard, removable grates and a single standing pilot for open burners. Its grates are made from cast iron for increased endurance and the back burners accommodate stock pots up to 14" around. The burners have front-located controls with a convenient gas shut-off switch. The griddle is left-located and has a 1/2" thick cold rolled steel plate. This 4363C-1G has a cabinet base.
