This Ultimate Restaurant Range has standard, removable grates and a single standing pilot for open burners. Its grates are made from cast iron for increased endurance and the back burners accommodate stock pots up to 14" around. The burners have front-located controls with a convenient gas shut-off switch. The 24" left-located griddle comes with removable, cast iron grates.
This 4361A-2TL Gas Ultimate Restaurant Range has a 32,000 BTU convection oven. It reaches temperatures between 175°F and 550°F, giving operators the ideal baking flexibility. It has a porcelain enamel interior for an easy cleaning process. Its three racks can be positioned five different ways to accommodate different sized pans and dishes.
