This Double Deck Broiler has a stainless steel and aluminized construction. Its front, sides, top, and legs are stainless steel while its back and interior shelving are made from aluminized steel. The interior shelving is made to withstand high-heat. This 234R is engineered with twin burner controls, one for each deck. It has an easy grip, spring balance adjustable lever and a 2" flue collar.
