The Scotsman MC0330SAX-1 Prodigy ELITE® is a high-performance, air-cooled commercial ice machine designed to provide dependable small-cube ice production for restaurants, bars, hotels, healthcare facilities, convenience stores, cafeterias, and other demanding foodservice environments. Producing up to 365 lb of small cube ice per 24 hours at 70°F air and 50°F water, this modular ice maker delivers substantial production capacity in a compact 30-inch-wide footprint.

The MC0330SAX-1 produces small, half-size ice cubes measuring approximately 7/8" x 7/8" x 3/8", making it ideal for soft drinks, cocktails, blended beverages, and a variety of foodservice applications. Under AHRI-rated conditions of 90°F air and 70°F water, the machine produces up to 283 lb of ice per day, providing reliable performance in real-world commercial environments.
