The Scotsman MC0322SAX-1 Prodigy ELITE® is a high-performance, air-cooled commercial ice machine designed to provide a dependable supply of small, half-size cube ice for restaurants, bars, hotels, healthcare facilities, convenience stores, and other demanding foodservice operations. This modular ice maker produces up to 362 lb of ice in 24 hours under ideal 70°F air and 50°F water conditions, while its compact 22-inch-wide footprint makes it a practical choice for commercial kitchens where space is limited.

The MC0322SAX-1 produces 7/8" x 7/8" x 3/8" small cube ice, also commonly referred to as half-cube or half-dice ice. Its smaller cube profile is well suited for soft drinks, blended beverages, cocktails, smoothies, and other applications where quick chilling and convenient dispensing are important.

Designed as part of the Scotsman Prodigy ELITE® series, the MC0322SAX-1 combines high-volume ice production with features designed to simplify operation and routine maintenance. ICELINQ® mobile connectivity and Bluetooth® provide access to machine settings, real-time diagnostics, and guided cleaning procedures. The AutoAlert™ system helps operators monitor machine status and maintenance requirements, while WaterSense® adaptive purge control helps reduce scale buildup and extend cleaning intervals.

The machine also features one-touch cleaning, Harvest Assist, Preservation Mode, a front-facing removable air filter, and AgION™ antimicrobial protection on applicable components. The MC0322SAX-1 is a modular ice machine head and does not include an ice storage bin or dispenser. It can be paired with a compatible Scotsman storage bin or dispenser to create a complete ice production and storage system.
