This Sammic CA-611 Countertop Vegetable Slicer has the capacity to produce 2200 lbs of uniquely styled products an hour. Its large range of quality discs and grids provide operators with as many as 70 different product styles, maximizing flexibility. This CA-611 has a two-speed motor block, easily controlled and set by its electronic control board. The motor is accompanied with a large production automatic hopper. With an ergonomic design, products can be smoothly cut in just one movement. This Vegetable Slicer includes a removable lever and lid.
