The Pitco SSRS14 Pasta Rinse Station pairs with the Pitco SSPG14 Gas Pasta Cooker. High volume restaurants and multi-store chains can benefit from the units' high production rates and lower annual maintenance and repair costs. The Pitco SSRS14 holds 10 gallons of water in its tank. The rinse tank is constructed of marine grade stainless steel with tank overflows and a bottom 1-1/4" full port drain. The entire cabinet exterior is constructed of stainless steel.
