The Nemco 8300 is a countertop roll-a-grill hot dog steamer. It serves as a merchandiser and food warmer. It has the capacity to hold 150 hot dogs and 30 buns. The cabinet and base are made of brushed 304 stainless steel. The back panel and sliding doors are made of tempered glass for increased merchandising appeal. This 8300 is easy to use. It has a low water indicator light and a lighted power switch. The thermostat is adjustable. The water reservoir stores 7-1/2 quarts. The hot dog steamer has a drain for easy cleaning.
