The Hot Dog Steamer Cart has an adjustable temperature thermostat. It can be adjusted between 120° F and 212° F. The temperature indicator setting can be set as high, medium or low. It has a cycling indicator pilot light.

The 6550-DW accepts 12" x 20" full size pans or fractional sizes.
