Nemco 6405 Countertop Heated Holding Cabinet

Designed to hold the entire 18" takeout pizza - in the box, the Nemco 6405 heated holding cabinet has the capacity to store a variety of items. Its wide racks are adjustable to accommodate a broad range of products, including half sheet or hotel pans. It has a spacious interior. The crystal-clear, scratch-resistant tempered glass allows operators an easy view of the products held inside. It has a self-drawing closure for a tight seal. If for any reason, the door is left open or a malfunction occurs, the cabinet's red service light comes on to alert operators.

This 6405 has a stainless steel construction. The door is self-closing and locks in heat. The temperature is factory preset at an oven-fresh holding range of 145° and 187°F. This ensures the heated Holding Cabinet is safe from staff tinkering. There are no manual controls, just a rocker switch to turn the unit off or on. The cabinet heats to its designated temperatures in as little as 20 minutes!
