Durable and easy to use, the Nemco 56500-6 Easy Chopper II is perfect for commercial kitchens. It has a durable lightweight aluminum construction with high-tension stainless steel blades. The blades are easily interchangeable for increased versatility. They can allow you to chop, slice, and wedge. However, it is important to note, this 56500-6 only comes with the blades necessary to cut a 3/8" thick slice. Other blade assemblies are sold separately.

The Easy Chopper II comes with a two-year parts and labor warranty. It is NSF certified.
