Perfect for processing 40-pound cheese blocks, the Nemco 55350A is an easy cheese blocker. It has a calibrated, notched cutting guide which cuts cheese blocks into uniform 1/2" increments. The easy-action cutting bow ensures straight, even cuts precisely to the size you need! It is capable of slicing even the densest of cheeses!

The 55350A has a stainless steel construction and durable cutting wire. The cutting wire is easy to clean and replace to save time and energy.
