This heated display case utilizes a dial temperature controller with mechanical read-out that maintains temperatures between 86 °F to 194°F. The C-HCT27 is equally eye catching, with beautiful ergonomic construction, stainless steel interior and exterior front, and sliding glass doors in the rear for access to food products. This heated display case also includes a removable water pan to add humidity to the interior. The 4.5 cu/ft interior is space-saving and comes with 3 cantilever gray epoxy-plated adjustable shelves.
