This heated display case utilizes a dial temperature controller with mechanical read-out that maintains temperatures between 86 °F to 194°F. The C-HCT14-S is equally eye catching, with beautiful ergonomic construction, stainless steel interior and exterior front, and sliding glass doors in the front and rear for easy access to food products. This heated display case also includes a removable water pan to add humidity to the interior. The 2.6 cu/ft interior is space-saving and comes with 3 cantilever gray epoxy-plated adjustable shelves.
