The Merrychef eikon e5 is a versatile and energy efficiency rapid cook oven. It quickly cooks crispy, mouth-watering baguettes, croissants, snacks, and toasted sandwiches. The ideal solution for power saving and fast cooking and baking, the e5 uses 3 different cooking levels to prepare foods 5x faster than conventional methods.

The Merrychef eikon^® e5 uses Advanced Cooking Technology. It combines convection cooking and microwave cooking with a rotating turntable for fast, even heating of food product. The rapid cook oven also has a Ventless Cooking capability through a standard built-in catalytic converter with full protein capability.
