This MagiKitch'n MKG-60 60" Countertop Gas Griddle is efficient, easy to use, and painless to keep clean. With 1" heavy duty polished griddle plate, reinforced stainless steel sides, and extra smooth 11 ga. skirt finish, this Gas Griddle is easily whipped down for a fresh, spotless look. Its cabinet back is removable and it comes with a front grease trough to aid cleaning. The grease box is large enough to hold 3.75 gallons of grease and the grease chute is fully welded to ensure the grease falls into the trough and doesn't spill over. Cooking breakfast favorites, sandwiches for lunch or dinner, and a variety of other dishes, this MKG-60 cooks in temperatures ranging from 200°F to 450°F. Its temperature probes are embedded throughout the 59-3/4" x 24" cooking area, allowing faster response time and more accurate surface temperatures.
