This Lang R30C-APB 30" Electric Range is compact, durable, and easy to use. With two 8" diameter French Plates, a Single Hotplate and Convection Oven base, this Range is ideal for kitchens with limited space. Its exterior is made from 430 stainless steel. Engineered from one piece, it's designed for heavy-duty operations and has an attractive No. 4 finish. Its compartment interior is also 430 stainless steel for durability and ideal sanitary conditions. Its oven compartment has a 2" insulation in its sides, locking heat inside the oven and reducing the amount of escaped heat in your kitchen. The R30C-APB comes with five chrome-plated racks and the rack slide supports nine unique positions.

This Electric Range uses Accu-Plus Solid State Controls. They regulate the temperature, speed of the fan, timer, pulse-fan, and power for the oven. Its 8" diameter French Plates are regulated by two 6-heat level switches and its hotplate has its own thermostat. This maximizes user flexibility and convenience. Separate controls make it possible to independently control each section of the Range for simultaneous multi-function cooking.
