This Lang ECOH-PT Convection Oven is durable, accurate, and easy to use. It has a stainless steel exterior with an attractive No. 4 finish. This gives it a clean, professional look while making it capable of withstanding heavy-duty operations. It has a porcelainized steel interior with 2" of insulation on its compartment sides. The doors have a heavy-duty design and a large double pane tempered glass window.

This ECOH-PT has accurate programmable LCD solid state controls and timers. With a 150 to 450°F temperature range, it gives operators flexible baking options. Its chrome steel 9-position pan slides allow operators to heat several items at once. The powerful two-speed fan circulates the heat throughout the oven cavity. This Convection Oven has 99 product programs with multiple baking tiers and time, temperature, heat loss, and adjustable shelf compensation.
