This Lang ECOH-PP Convection Oven is durable, accurate, and easy to use. It has a stainless steel exterior with an attractive No. 4 finish. This gives it a clean, professional look while making it capable of withstanding heavy-duty operations. It has a porcelainized steel interior with 2" of insulation on its compartment sides. The doors have a heavy-duty design and a large double pane tempered glass window.

This ECOH-PP has accurate programmable solid state controls and timers. With a 150 to 450°F temperature range, it gives operators flexible baking options. Its chrome steel 9-position pan slides allow operators to heat several items at once. The powerful two-speed fan circulates the heat throughout the oven cavity. This Convection Oven has 10 product buttons, programmable up to four tiers, and time, temperature, heat loss, and adjustable shelf compensation. These features help ensure cooking results are consistent and reliable.
