This Lang CSG24 Infrared Griddle Clamshell Hood is designed to increase your establishments' efficiency. When accompanied with one of Lang's Griddles, it provides double-sided heat. This reduces cook times and increases production. Its burners are protected from potential damage by a stainless steel wire-form grid. It also has stainless steel heat deflector/splatter shields. Its large, cool-grip elastomer handle is safe to touch even while the Clamshell Hood is on. This CSG24 has an Instant-On once its lowered and automatically turns OFF when it's lifted.
