This Lang 272SC Gas Griddle is ideal for cooking multiple products simultaneously at different temperatures. With a 72" wide cooking surface, it uses solid state controls to individually heat every 12". This gives operators the ability to adjust temperatures between 175°F (79°C) and 450°F (232°C) for unique dishes. It has a minimum +/-4°F (+/-2.2°C) variance from set point for greater consistency in cooking results.

This 272SC has a durable, easy to clean construction. With a corrosion-resistant stainless steel base, it has increased endurance and an industrial appearance. Its welded steel frame has an entirely stainless steel exterior and it has 4" stainless steel legs. Ideal for countertop use, its legs have a 1-5/8" adjustment for ideal leveling. This Griddle's surface is 1" thick and highly polished for easy cleaning.
