This Lang 260ZTD Countertop Griddle is easy to clean, easy to use, and has accurate temperature control. It has a primarily stainless and aluminized steel construction. This gives it a clean, industrial appearance while giving it additional durability. Its 1" thick steel griddle plate has been polished, making it painless to remove excess grease and food debris. It has continuously bottom welded splash shields on its rear and sides to protect surrounding counter space. It is 5-1/2" high, blocking even more excess grease from reaching the kitchen counters. It has a handy stainless steel grease trough to catch excess food particles during the cooking process. Its grease drawer can hold up to 8-quarts.

This 260ZTD uses ACCU-TEMP™ Thermostat Controls. This gives operators a flexible 200° to 550°F temperature range. Each 12" section can be individually set, giving employees the ability to cook multiple products at once. It has a handy griddle-ON switch and comes with electronic ignition.
