This Lang 236TC Gas Griddle is ideal for cooking multiple products simultaneously at different temperatures. With a 36" wide cooking surface, it has burners located every 12". This gives operators the ability to individually adjust temperatures between 175°F (79°C) and 450°F (232°C) for precise control. It has a pilot safety and each 12" section uses 27,000 BTU a piece.

This 236TC has a durable, easy to clean construction. With a corrosion-resistant stainless steel base, it has increased endurance and an industrial appearance. Its welded steel frame has an entirely stainless steel exterior and it has 4" stainless steel legs. Ideal for countertop use, its legs have a 1-5/8" adjustment for ideal leveling.
