Lang 172S Countertop Electric LG Series 72" Griddle with Selectronic™ Solid State Control

This Lang 172S Electric Griddle is ideal for cooking multiple products simultaneously at different temperatures. With a 72" wide cooking surface, its two incoloy sheathed heating elements have six seperate Selectronic™ controls. They have a solid-state system to regulate temperatures between 175°F (79°C) and 450°F (232°C). The thermostat system is extremely sensitive, reacting even to 1°F temperature change. This ensures precise cooking as well as increased operator control.

This 172S has a durable, easy to clean construction. With a corrosion-resistant stainless steel base, it has increased endurance and an industrial appearance. It has 4" stainless steel legs, making it ideal for countertop use. Its griddle surface is 1" thick and 23" deep. It has been highly polished for the easy removal of grease and food debris.
