Lang 160TC Countertop Electric LG Series 60" Heavy Duty Griddle with Chrome Griddle Plate and Accu-Temp™ Control

This Lang 160TC Electric Griddle is ideal for cooking multiple products simultaneously at different temperatures. With a 60" wide cooking surface, its incoloy sheathed heating elements are regulated by five separate Accu-Temp™ controls. This allows operators to independently control how much heat each section receives. The controls use snap-action thermostats to maintain temperatures between 200°F (93°C) and 450°F (232°C). This maximizes operator control and flexibility.

This 160TC has a durable, easy to clean construction. With a corrosion-resistant stainless steel base, it has increased endurance and an industrial appearance. It has 4" stainless steel legs, making it ideal for countertop use. Its griddle surface is 1" thick and 23" deep. It has been highly polished for the easy removal of grease and food debris.
