Lang 148S Countertop Electric LG Series 48" Griddle with Selectronic™ Solid State Control

This Lang 148S Electric Griddle is ideal for cooking multiple products simultaneously at different temperatures. With a 48" wide cooking surface, its incoloy sheathed heating elements have separate Selectronic™ controls. They have a solid-state system to regulate temperatures. This gives operators the flexibility of adjusting each individual section in temperatures ranging from 175°F (79°C) to 450°F (232°C). The thermostat system is extremely sensitive, reacting even to 1°F temperature change. This ensures precise cooking as well as increased operator control.

This 148S has a durable, easy to clean construction. With a corrosion-resistant stainless steel base, it has increased endurance and an industrial appearance. It has 4" stainless steel legs, making it ideal for countertop use. Its griddle surface is 1" thick and 23" deep. It has been highly polished for the easy removal of grease and food debris.
