Lang 124SC Countertop Electric LG Series 24" Griddle with Chrome Griddle Plate and Selectronic™ Solid State Control

This Lang 124SC Electric Griddle is ideal for cooking multiple products simultaneously at different temperatures. With a 24" wide cooking surface, it has two incoloy sheathed heating elements. They have Selectronic™ controls with a solid-state system to regulate their temperatures. This gives operators the flexibility of adjusting each individual section in temperatures ranging from 175°F (79°C) to 450°F (232°C). The thermostat system is extremely sensitive, reacting even to 1°F temperature change. This ensures precise cooking as well as increased operator control.

This 124SC has a durable, easy to clean construction. With a corrosion-resistant stainless steel base, it has increased endurance and an industrial appearance. It has 4" stainless steel legs, making it ideal for countertop use. Its griddle surface is 1" thick and 23" deep. It has been highly polished for the easy removal of grease and food debris.
