The state-of-the-art induction cooking method is energy efficient, safe, and has no flame or heat on the cooking surface to increase safety and reduce the risk of burns. It has an attractive contour-shaped solid top that is also heat resistant. It has a recessed eutectic chilled 10” x 12” ingredient bin on its top for a more convenient operation. The 63070 interior is stainless steel, which remains one of the easiest to sanitize materials on the market.
