Lakeside 140 Mise En Place Prep Cart

Ideal for providing extra working space, this Lakeside 140 Mise En Place Cart is durable and easy to use. It has a stainless steel tubular construction with a stainless top frame. It holds five 1/3 size pans and has integrated handles on each end. The detachable speed rail has an integrated towel bar to hold spices, seasonings, bottles, and sauces. It has an adjustable height of anywhere between 29" to 35" high for ease of use. It is ADA compliant and NSF listed. This 140 has a mobile back-of-house design, ideal for keeping the chef's ingredients at hand. It is nimble and versatile to meet any chef's needs or the demands of a changing menu.
