The versatile and dependable John Boos Cucina Culinarte Cart features a removable maple butcher block top on a stainless steel cart with undershelves. The 1-1/2" thick edge grain hard rock maple cutting top is finished with Boos Block cream with beeswax. The cart comes with a stainless steel towel bar and 2 perforated food service grade stainless steel undershelves. The unit stands 35" tall and comes with locking casters. It is shipped knocked down and is easy to assemble.
