This Jackson Tempstar HH-E is a high-temperature Doortype Dish Machine with a high hood. With an electric tank heat, it easily raises temperatures by 70°F (38.9°C). Its hi-limit thermostat protects the machine from over-heating and it comes with low water protection. This Tempstar HH-E has easy to use controls and switches, regulating its auto-fill/auto-start, fan vent, deliming/manual wash, and its multi-cycle timer. The timer can be set from Extra Heavy to a Normal wash cycle, providing operators with the flexibility to meet their exact needs.

This Tempstar HH-E is easy to maintain. With a stainless steel finish, it has a professional, industrial appearance. It has a front dress panel and a self-draining stainless steel pump. Its unique split-door design makes it easy to install even in areas with low ceiling heights. It includes adjustable bullet feet for ideal leveling.
