Winholt INHPL-1836C-DGT Full Height Heater Proofer Cabinet

Constructed of heavy-duty aluminum, this Winholt INHPL-1836C-DGT Mobile Proofer Cabinet is ideal for use in a variety of commercial environments. It is completely mobile with four swivel plate casters. The two front casters have brakes so the unit will stay in place once stopped. It has a drip trough to catch condensation and an internal water pan to collect condensation when used in proofer mode. The INHPL-1836C-DGT has two separate modes. A proof/humidity mode and heat mode. The proof/humidity mode can reach up to 95% RH at 110°F while the heat mode reaches a maximum temperature of 180°F.

This INHPL-1836C-DGT has a new digital drawer! Its circuit breaker provides overcurrent protection to the entire heater proofer. Its LED lights show when the necessary temperatures for heating and proofing have been reached. Its digital thermometer provides more accurate calibrations. The controls are easy to use and have separate read-out displays to show settings for humidity and temperature clearly. Its light indicates when the water levels or temperatures are low.

This heated proofer cabinet is cETLus and NSF certified.
