With infra-red burners with splatter protection, it uses left and right controls to regulate temperatures. The gas valve is adjustable and it comes with a continuous pilot for instant ignition. This Salamander Broiler has a spring balanced Broiler Grid with a large capacity for peak production times. The grid is easily removable for cleaning and can be raised or lowered to lock in four different positions. It has a rolling rack assembly for easy loading and unloading. This ISB-36 has a stainless steel front, sides, top, and bottom.
