Once an item is placed on its heat zone, the overhead elements automatically turn on. Each shelf has multiple heat zones, maximizing this Merchandiser's efficiency. While Hatco recommends food packaging that can withstand high temperatures, this Merchandiser showcases your products by scanning each heating zone with an LCD display.
