Its rectangular shape and 14" width allows this Built-In Well to hold one full-size pan. It has a simple On/Off Rocker Switch that comes with a light, indicating when the unit is still receiving power. This Insulated Heat Well is fully insulated, locking in heat while keeping surrounding areas cool. This keeps food warms for longer and protects customer safety. With fast preheat and recovery, this Heated Well is designed to be energy efficient.
