Constructed of aluminum and stainless steel, its durable and painless to keep clean. With an exclusive infrared heating pattern, a metal sheathed element directs heat from above throughout the unit. Its additional thermostatically-controlled base heat ensures food stays up to temperature and ready to serve for longer. Products are easily seen through its glass front design and are showcased by 6 incandescent shatter-resistant lights.
