With overhead and base heating elements, this Carving Station's Heat Lamp can be adjusted from 17" to 23" of clearance space. This gives you and your customers ample room to cut, carve, or fill plates. Shatter-resistant incandescent lights safeguard food protects against broken bulbs, while casting a spotlight on delicious, savory food items.

Whether it be beef, pork, chicken, or some other food product, independent controls keep your products at safe-serving temperatures throughout serving periods. A sturdy sneeze guard, located on the right-hand side, protects food items from potential germs and contaminants. This Heat Lamp's 72" cord and plug also make it portable, giving you the flexibility to place this Carving Station where it's most convenient for you and your customers.
