With a pre-focused heating system, warm air is generated throughout the holding surface to maintain safe-serving temperatures without causing your items to burn or overcook. Foods stay looking fresh and "just-prepared" for longer.This Infrared Heat Lamp is constructed of aluminum and comes with a tubular metal heater rod and double heater rod housing.
