With thermostatically-controlled heat and humidity, this Heated Holding Cabinet allows user to prepare food in advance of peak serving times. It accommodates 18" x 26", 12" x 20", or Gastronorm pans and keeps food items at optimum serving temperatures for hours. Heating and humidifying as directed, this FSHC-7-1 has an insulated construction to retain heat and a 3/4 gallon water reservoir. Its removable tray slides make this Holding Case easy to clean.
