Commonly used in cafeterias, convenience stores, schools, restaurants, and supermarkets, this Flav-R-Savor Cabinet has a quick recovery heating and humidifying system. It keeps food products heated evenly and eliminates "hot spots," maintaining food quality.

Holding food items for 1 to 4 hours, this Merchandiser has a 3/4 gallon stainless water reservoir and low-water protection. This provides moisture to products throughout the entire day while safeguarding against element burnout. The water reservoir is conveniently refilled through its front mounted water cup and can be drained and cleaned painlessly because of its inside mounted drain tube.
