American made, this Hatco 3CS2-4 Hydro-Heater Sanitizing Sink with Undersink Design is ideal for pot, pan, or bar sinks with 3-4 compartments. Its undersink design makes it perfect for areas with limited space and its heating system keeps water consistently within safe sanitizing temperatures. Drawing cold water in, it uses a "free-flow" technology and advanced electronic control to circulate warm water back out into the sink. Heating elements are wrapped around the outside of the flow tube to increase its life-span. With responsive and efficient operation, this Sanitizing Sink Heater has a stainless steel front, powdercoated body, low-water cut off system, and convenient drain outlet and clean-out caps. Water Quality Requirements

• Incoming water in excess of 3.0 grains of hardness per gallon (GPG) (.75 grains of hardness per liter) must be treated and softened before being supplied to water heater(s). Water containing over 3.0 GPG (.75 GPL) will decrease the efficiency and reduce the operating life of the unit.
