Designed for use in commercial-grade kitchens, Groen's TDB-40,TA/2 is a 10-Gallon Electric Kettle/Cooker Mixer. It has a stainless steel, solid one-piece welded construction with a stainless steel, solid one-piece jacket. Its console and exposed surfaces are also stainless steel. The rim has been heavily reinforced and has a butterfly shaped pouring lip. The butterfly shape helps ensure maximum sanitation and durability. This Kettle/Cooker Mixer has a right or left hand tilt handle and comes with a double pantry faucet.

This TDB-40,TA/2 has several easy to use controls and safety features. Its controls include a thermostat, built in contactor, pressure gauge, and an agitator on-off, variable speed switch. While these controls regulate the Kettle's operation, its front mounted water sight glass and heating indicator lamp keep operators aware of its operating status. The safety features protect both the unit itself and its operator. They include a safety tilt cut-off, pressure relief valve, high limit pressure switch, low water cut off and agitator safety tilt cut off.
