Durable and easy to use, this Groen TDA/1-40 is a Table Top Direct Steam Kettle. With the capacity to hold 40-quarts of your product, it has been designed to allow a single person operation. One person can tilt the kettle even when the kettle is completely full. The pouring height allows the kettle to be emptied into an 8" high pan on a flat table surface. This TDA/1-40 has a 304 stainless steel solid one-piece welded construction and heavy chrome plated steel tubing support arms. The rim has been reinforced with a welded butterfly shaped pouring lip. This maximizes operator control when pouring contents and increases the overall durability of the Kettle. This Steam Kettle's interior and exterior finishes make it easier to clean and maintain its brilliant appearance.
