The heating elements are controlled by an electric thermostat which automatically shuts off the heat when desired temperature is reached and turns it back on if the product falls below a certain setting. The heating elements ensure efficient heat transfer over the entire cooking surface and are contained within the very pan body. The thermostat, contractor, and other electrical components are installed and mounted in a console housing. This TD/FPC Countertop Braising Pan has an easy tilting manual tilt mechanism.
