With a solid one-piece stainless steel welded construction and a one-piece stainless steel cover, it offers the endurance necessary to function in a commercial kitchen. It has a heavy reinforced bar rim and a heavy-duty butterfly-shaped pouring lip to increase sanitation, pouring control, and the overall durability of the Kettle. The PT-40 has a pedestal base and hinged cover.
