This Gas HyperSteam Convection Steamer has a stainless steel construction, designed for meeting the sometimes heavy demands of industrial kitchens. It has a stainless steel steam cavity, cabinet, steamer doors, pan support racks, and condensate collection tray. The doors are insulated and have an easy open handle and latch to provide a secure shut once closed. The exterior has been polished to a uniform #3 finish and the interior cavity has been polished stainless steel.

This HY-5G has easy to use controls and performance features. For example, its controls include a handy ON/OFF power button, a 60-minute timer with continuous steam setting, and an auto-clean button to initiate a deliming cycle. It has a powerful side-mounted blower for each of its steamer cavities. They increase the steam's velocity and provide efficient steam distribution through the interior cavity and between loaded pans. Once this Convection Steamer is warm and ready for use, it remains ready between loads. There is no additional warm up time required.
