It has durable stainless steel steamer cavities and cabinet base. It has a unitized steamer body with stainless steel steamer doors. The door hinges are engineered for strength with a continuous design. The doors are insulated, locking in heat and helping keep the exterior cool. Its doors have easy open handles and latches to provide a positive lock when the door is pushed or slammed shut. The stainless steel cabinet base frame has a stainless steel top deck, hinged front access panel, and adjustable bullet feet.

This HY-10SE-24 HyPlus Pressureless Steamer has easy to use controls. Being mounted on the front panel, controls are easily replaced or repaired. They include separate ON-OFF/60-minute timers for each cavity. This gives operators increased flexibility in steaming menu items. The electric boiler has a power-On switch, reset light, start switch, low water sensor, pop safety valve, water level sight glass and an outside cabinet pressure gauge. These controls give operators increased control while keeping them alert to the unit's status.
