With the capacity to cook up to 40-gallons of product at a time, this Groen GPT-40 Stationary Kettle is designed fo ruse in commercial kitchens. It has an 18.8 type 304 stainless steel, solid one-piece welded exterior construction and a 316 stainless steel kettle interior. This maximizes its durability while its bright high buff exterior finish gives it a clean, brilliant professional appearance. This finish also ensures the Stationary Kettle remains easy to clean. It comes with a one-piece stainless steel dome-shaped cover. The cover is hinged, counterbalanced, and has a No. 51 spring assisted cover actuator. This keeps it easy to open and close. The GPT-40 operates dependably at any steam pressure between 5 and 25 PSI.
